My journey into the financial world began at the University of Cincinnati, where I studied Mathematics and Accounting. I quickly fell in love with the logic of the numbers, but I noticed a troubling gap in the market. Many small business owners and startups were struggling to find quality bookkeeping that didn't "cost an arm and a leg."
I founded RPB in early 2024 to bridge that gap. I believe that knowing where your business stands financially shouldn't be a source of stress—it should be a tool that gives you goals and peace of mind. My goal isn't just to "do your books," but to empower and educate you so you truly understand your business’s pulse.
Serving Those Who Served Service runs deep in my family, and my respect for the military community was further shaped during my time in Army ROTC at the University of Cincinnati. I’ve seen firsthand the discipline and sacrifice required of those who serve, and I wanted Right Penny Bookkeeping to reflect those values.
To honor that legacy, I am proud to offer a 20% discount to all Veteran-owned companies. This dedication is deeply personal—it is made in honor of my grandfather, Oscar Torres, a Vietnam Veteran. It is my way of giving back to the community that he, and so many of my family members, have been a part of.
